Why can't I get a refund on my purchase?
Nexvia Launch doesn't refund paid purchases, except when we remove a listing. Your statutory rights always apply.

Your purchase is final
Once you've paid for a listing or feature on Nexvia Launch, that payment is final and not refundable. You've secured your spot on the path, and that step is locked in.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights, which remain in place.
The one exception: we remove your listing
If our team rejects or takes down a paid listing, the situation changes. You'll receive:
- A full refund to your original payment method, automatically
- A credit note for your records
If you paid in crypto, we'll ask you for a payout address so we can process the refund.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you dispute or reverse a payment, everything you bought with that order comes down while we resolve it. If the dispute is decided in our favour, your listing can go back up. If it's decided in yours, the refund stands and the listing stays down.
We handle each case on its merits—money never changes the outcome. Community votes and our team's review decide whether a listing stays live.
