Pick your path forward
Head to /account/notifications to shape how you hear from us. For each type of notice, you decide:
- Channel: email, Telegram (using your own bot) or Slack (using your own webhook)
- Pace: instant alerts, daily digest, weekly digest, or off
For chat channels, you can set optional quiet hours to keep notifications out of your nights or focus time.
Notices you'll always see
A handful of updates cannot be switched off—these mark critical junctions on your growth path:
- Receipts and refunds
- Payment problems and disputes
- A listing held for your founder profile
- Listing status changes
- Missing badges
- Security notices (new device sign-in, email change)
These milestones need your attention, whatever your preferences elsewhere.
Quick exit from one route
Every notice email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Click it to turn off just that type of notice without visiting your settings.
