Referral marketing rewards existing customers for referring friends, while affiliate marketing rewards creators and partners for driving sales. ReferralCandy allows you to run both side by side to capture customer-led and creator-led growth in one system.

How does the success fee work?

A success fee is a percentage of the purchase subtotal (after discounts, before taxes and shipping) paid only on net-new customers your referral or affiliate program brings in. The fee is charged on each new customer's first three orders only. Repeat orders after that are free of success fees forever, and there is never a fee on the reward paid to your advocate.

Is there a contract or annual commitment?

No. Every plan is month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard with no email, no phone call, and no notice period required. You keep access to your data and can re-activate later.
